Its 10-cup capacity is perfect for a large family, or for someone who likes having company over for dinner. This is probably the best deal you can get for a large capacity rice cooker with so many features.

What I really love about the Aroma ARC-960SB 10-Cup Cool Touch Digital Programmable Rice Cooker is its large capacity. I have a pretty big family and we usually meet at my house for lunch on Sundays. My previous rice cooker only had a 7-cup capacity, and I would always have to cook 2 batches of rice to feed everyone.
I then decided to purchase a much larger rice cooker, but had doubts because I knew they usually cost a lot of money. When I came across the Aroma ARC-960SB 10-Cup Rice Cooker, I really had trouble deciding whether to purchase it or not. I just couldn’t believe how great of a deal it was for a rice cooker this big to cost this cheap. But since I really needed one, I just went ahead and purchased it.
I didn’t bother to read what features came with it until I got home. I was really surprised to find out it came with all these features, then I couldn’t wait to try it. It was just simply amazing how perfect the rice came out. Now I cook rice more often than usual.
The delay function works great. It is such a convenience to be able to set it to cook a couple of hours ahead of time, and not have to worry about it getting overcooked and burnt. This gives me a chance to do more of my kitchen tasks, while simply wait for the rice to cook. Sometimes I even set it in the morning before leaving to go to work, and come home to freshly cooked rice.
I truly am happy with the Aroma ARC-960SB Programmable Rice Cooker. The excess condensation is channelled away by the water reservoir, which doesn’t leave quite a mess. The only thing that disappointed me was the hassle of cleaning the cooker after use. Unlike most rice cooker where the lid is a separate piece and makes it easier to clean, this one is just the opposite.
